We dispatch packages with SF Express or UPS. Please check your email for  tracking information.

The delivery schedule may shift during holiday periods due to our carriers' operations. If you're targeting a particular delivery date during the holidays, reach out to us at cs@wesip.co, we'll endeavor to accommodate your preferred schedule.

Return Policy

If you experience any issues with your item(s), or if there are difficulties in receiving your delivery, contact us at cs@wesip.co within 7 days of your order being marked as “Delivered.” Given that coffee and tea are perishable goods, we cannot accept returns. However, we are happy to help resolve any delivery issues related to missing, damaged, or stolen items.

If your item arrives damaged, please take a picture of both the exterior of the package and the damage inside. We need this information to communicate with our shipping partners, please ensure all claims are submitted within 7 days from the moment your order is labeled as “Delivered.”
