When should I order?

To guarantee the product's peak freshness, we begin preparation immediately after your order is placed. The process from placing your order to dispatch typically spans 5 business days. Following shipment, delivery to your location will take between 1 to 5 days, varying based on your country. By placing your order on Monday, you stand a better chance of getting your delivery next Monday.

Concerned about returns

If you experience any issues with your coffee or tea, or if there are difficulties in receiving your delivery, contact us at cs@wesip.co within 7 days of your order being marked as “Delivered”. Given that coffee and tea are perishable goods, we cannot accept returns. However, we are happy to help resolve any delivery issues related to missing, damaged, or stolen items.

If your item arrives damaged, please take a picture of both the exterior of the package and the damage inside. We need this information to communicate with our shipping partners, please ensure all claims are submitted within 7 days from the moment your order is labeled as“Delivered”.
